Arresto Menor
Never ako naghiram at ginamit lang ni Cashier ung "name at acccount number ko" as a result of abusing her position as Branch Cashier of a bank (wala akong binigay na permission).  I denied the fact na ako ay nanghihiram, the cashier just dropped my name and bank account number sa transaction   nila ni creditor, at never din nag confirm si creditor sa akin. I received a letter from his lawyer demanding me to pay P 21,000.00 at pag hindi ako nagbayad they are threatening an administrative complaint against me sa HR ng bangkong where I work, kesyo customer daw ng bank ung client nya at bawal daw mangutang sa customer ng bangko per bank policy. I am liable for this?
