Ung tinitirhan namin ngayon ay bahay ng parents ng ex-husband ko. Kakahiwalay lang kasi namin ng asawa ko last december. Seaman kasi sya pero nung umuwi sya dito nung july wala namin kaming napagusapan na aalis kami dun sa tinitirhan namin. Last sunday (Sept. 26) sinugod ako ng byenan kong hilaw at nung kapatid ng ex-husband ko ko dun s a bahay na tinitirhan namin. pumasok sya sa ng walang pahintulot ko dun sa bahay at nagwala sya..nag provoke sya ng away kaya nag pan abot kami at nagkagulo. Ask ko lang po consider ba to ng trespassing? since sa kanila pa din naan ung bahay at nandun lang kaming mag iina dahil na din sa kagustuhan nu ng ex-husband ko?. Ung bahay na to ay nakahiwalay. May sarili kaming gate at malayo dun sa bahay talaga ng mga byenan ko. Hinde po pala kami kasal nung aswa ko. pero tulira kami sa bahay na un ng 7 years.

moderator
let me just focus on your direct question. under our law, it is presumed that strangers are allowed to enter our homes (very rural ang thinking back in 1930 when law was passed).

it is the crime of trespass to dwelling if the the person who entered refuses to leave contrary to the demand of the legal occupant.
