Good afternoon. I want to know po what the process will be to change my last name to my stepfather's surname sa birth certificate. Ever since po mag-aral ako, surname po ng stepfather ko ang ginagamit ko pero sa NSO birth certificate ko, surname ng real father ko ang nandun. Please help me. Thanks
