hi.. need po you help.
my dad was charged of direct assault by the school dist. supervisor. it was dismissed.. then the provincial prosecutor filed again a qualified assault.. because of these cases filed, my dad also charged the supervisor,perjury... when he filed the complaint, the fiscal said that it must be filed to the ombudsman.. is he right?
another thing, nareceive n lng ng dad ko ung warrant for the qualified assault.wlang subpoena, so, wla din xang couter.so, parang ngbase n lng cla sa dating nafile na..

wak, doesn't your father have a lawyer considering he seems to have gone through previous proceedings? it may be better to address the questions to him since he will have better understanding of the case.
