Hello.curious lang po ako.i worked in a call center company in libis.nag start ako last july 2013 until december, 6 months lng ako sa company.i filed for immidiate resignation.and then after nun I recieved a letter from the company na may utang dw ako na 2k.dahil daw sa overpayment sa araw na ipinasok ko and dahil sa health card na inenroll ko for my dependent.di dw kasi nila nabawas agad 1 month after na nagstart ako instead na august pa cla magdededuct nung november lng cla ng deduct ng amount for healthcard.kailangan ko ba talagng bayaran yun kahit sila ang my kasalanan? And tama ba na ndi nila ibigay ung itr or 2316 ko?di ko dw kc makukuha yun hangang di pa cleared ung clearance ko. Hinihingi kc ng company na inapplyan ko ung itr.thank you.

Tinatama lang nila kung ano man ang mali o kulang so if you really were required to pay for the health card, then they can deduct it from your pay.

And they are correct in stating that you need to complete your clearance first before any other documents can be released as part of your final pay.
