Hi po, as ko lang po about sa unused SL. Nag-resign na po ako last Feb. 25, at hindi ko pa po nagagamit ang SL ko for 2014. 6 years na po ako sa company namin. Masasama po ba ito sa last pay ko or ma-convert to cash at makukuha ko po ba ito ng buo? Naguguluhan na po kasi ako, ang sabi po ng HR Manager pro-rated, sabi naman po ng Assistant HR Manager hindi daw po bayad.

depende sa company policy yan.. ano ba policy nyo sa SL?? wala kasi sa labour code yan.
