sir, ask q lang po if possible po maaprove ang pagfile q ng immediate resignation dahil ayaw q na po magwork ng current employer q...kasi po ung manager namin ay sobra na pagdescriminate samin n mga agents,im working as data encoder po..nagiging massive resignation na nga po, kasi kada buwan may tatlo o apat n ngreresign,tas ung iba po nkasched pa..example po ung nagfile smin ng jan15,2014..nilagay nya po s resignation letter nya hanggang feb15, kc po may bago na sya ppasukan ng march1..pinigilan po sya ng manager namin til feb28 ang binigay skanya,and wala daw sya pakielam kng mataas ang offer skanya dun..bsta magrender sya til feb28,sa inis po ng ofcmate q nagwalkout sya and rendered til feb 26..hnd n po nya pinasukan ung remaining 2days..and madmi dn po gnto ngyyri smin,na pag nagfile k ng resignation, additional 1month o higit p ang binibigay ng manager namin...katanggap tanggap po b kng mgfile aq for immediate resignation for 2weeks lang ang magrender...pro ang pinaka main reason q din po is marerelocate n kami ng pangasinan..

and sir kapag nagtatanong kami sa hr namin about sa pagfifile ng resignation, lagi nila sinasabi samin na depende daw sa manager namin un,hnd daw sila nangingielam dun..

You may resign with immediate effect and will not need any approval if you can file your letter explaining the reason, as indicated in the Labor Code, under Article 285 (b).

An employee may put an end to the relationship without serving any notice on the employer for any of the following just causes:

1. Serious insult by the employer or his representative on the honor and person of the employee;
2. Inhuman and unbearable treatment accorded the employee by the employer or his representative;

3. Commission of a crime or offense by the employer or his representative against the person of the employee or any of the immediate members of his family; and

4. Other causes analogous to any of the foregoing.

sometime after mo mag submit ng resignation letter, dapat magpa-clearance ka para makuha mo ang lahat ng dapat para sa iyo, kasama ang COE.

Pag ayaw nila tanggapin ang resignation mo o ayaw kang ipa-clearance, magreklamo ka sa DOLE.

sir eto po ung body ng immediate resignation ko.."After careful thought and consideration I have concluded that my core values are not aligned with the dysfunctional organization. It is time to move on to maintain my health, sanity, and overall happiness.
This letter is to officially inform you that i resign from my position as data analyst, effective immediately. This letter also serves as my exit interview.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your time and efforts in my training and advancement during the past 4 years.
My decision is irrevocable and any counter offers extended by you will be rejected."...pinasa ko po yan kanina...and ayaw po ireceive ng team leader ko dahil kailngan daw makausap muna ako ng Office Manager namin..tas naka AWOL po ako..ano po ba next step ko? kasi plan ko po next week magpunta for clearance, do i need magreklamo muna sa DOLE before ako magpaclearance? and ano po kaya sasabihin ko sa OM ko para di na sya makipag bargain sakin na i need to render?

They have the right to clear and consult about your resignation first. You may have to clarify and further explain to them about "dysfunctional organization" since it may be considered as one-sided.

And since you're on AWOL, baka nga hindi tanggapin ang resignation mo at i-terminate ka na lang dahil dun.

hindi po b sapat na madami ngreresign kng bki q po nailagay un? and ok lang po ba na di na q napasok but im willing to talk with my OM kapag pumasok na sya, currently po kc sya nkaleave and i think bukas p po ang pasok nya, coz i cant stay any longer po s office, and ayaw q n po talaga pumasok dhl s envronment dun..??

paulit ulit po kasi sa utak q ung sinabi nya samin nung time na nagpavoluntary ot sila before shift kasi kala nila madmi kming load,then pagpsok nmin kinabukasan,konti lang ung load,kaya ung mga nagvoluntary ot which is 7am pumsok, 4pm n dn mgoout...while huddle nya kami, sbi nya "s mga ngvoluntary, jan mu talaga malalaman kung cnu ang nangangailangan"...tama po bang sabihin nya smin yan?na kmi na tong concer n work para matapos,pinamumukha p nya smin yan...tapos every tuesday po kasikonti talaga load nmin, since konti lang, nghhanda sila ng exam pra sagutan nmin mga agents, imbis mu bgyan n lng kmi ng time dhl s mga sunod sunod n araw na OT, mgeexam pa..tapos pag nagreklamo kami...ssbhin smin, "guys wag n kau magreklamo,wala nmn kau mggawa eh, gwin nyo n lng yan."...

wala ka naman sinabi sa sulat mo sa kanila na marami nang nagresign at yun ang dahilan mo.

talk to any of your other supervisors or managers or director muna. without any approval of your absence, you are still considered awol and baka useless din ang pag resign mo kasi pwede kang ma-terminate pa din.

Sir ask ko lang po, Nag-immediate resignation ako sa work ko last December. May demand letter sila saken dahil may tax due ako about PhP9,000 na sila ang nagbayad para saken. dahil hindi ako nakapagpalit ng RDO. Ang sabi nila, responsibility ko na magpareceive ng form 1905 sa BIR na ginawa ko naman po. Sabi ng kakilala ko dun hindi daw naprocess dahil tumawag sa office to confirm yung new RDO eh dahil wala na ko sa kanila eh di naconfirm. Ang question ko po, normal ba na nagcoconfirm ang BIR? kung totoo man, hindi ba dapat, sila na mismo ang sumagot kung ano ang bagong RDO ko? thank u po.

Atty. may tanong po ako im working in a bpo company tapos i will resigned april 4 pero effective on april 5th of 2014 tpos nung pumunta ako sa hr manager para i submit yung resignation ko hindi daw nila tatanggapin yun kasi mag aaral lng naman ako sa province pero naka pag pa book na ng flight next week yung tita ko, sabi pa nila i need to render 30 days ehh sobra sobra na nga sila sa manpower most of the agents 3-5 hrs lng nagtatrabaho kasi pinapauwi nila kapag hindi nakakapagperform. 170+ Kaming agents dun tapos 70+ lang ang kailangan meron pa daw mga rumors na magmmass end of contract sila. Pero before ko i submit sa hr manager tinanong ko yung isa sa mga colleague pwede daw ang immediate depende sa reason ko.

Sorry 30 days is standard, and if alam mo naman na mag-aaral ka at uuwi ng probinsya, alam mo na yun ng mas maaga so dapat nakapagpaalam ka na dati pa.

Medyo hindi rin kapani-paniwala na ngayon ka pa aalis ng biglaan considering ang pasukan is more than 2 months away yet.

Good pm po. LAst january po i went through an eye surgery. Naka leave of absent po ako ng almost 3 months. Ngayun po i decided to resign immediately kasi po bukod sa ayoko na e ayoko pong uling mapagod ang mata ko because of the nature of the work ( call center agent po ako) so i submitted po ng resignation letter ko thru email( dinaan ko po sa email ng superior ko).So ang tanong ko po am i entitled for such kind of resignation?. makakakuha pa po ba ako ng backpay?. I've worked there for almost six years. thanks

You are entitled to any payment due as a result of your employment. Kung nagpa-clearance ka.

Pero ang resignation is usually on paper, with approval. Do you have any proof na tinanggap nila ang resignation mo?

thanks sir. i submitted the letter thru email. kasi ganito po un gumawa ako ng resignation letter tapos po may sign ko and then pina scan ko po iyon and send it thru email. ilang araw po ang lumipas walang reply , so i assumed na natanggap or tinanggap po nila iyon. may bearing po b ang letter na iyon even if thru email lang sya with mg sign affixed to it?

Immediate resignation is possible only if they approve.

Without any proof of approval, you might be considered AWOL.

Sir, I have a scenario....

If I have all the documentary evidence attached on my resignation letter and it was explained that the mere reason that I am resigning is that my personal principles do not conform with the company's activities etc. Do I have the right to have an irrevocable immediate resignation? Can I ask for clearance then and then as well as final payment? If I can provide them all the documents and the turn over form that I need to give them? I need your advice. By the way, I'm HR-Admin manager....(if it may affect your opinion) Thanks much!

Check if your reason would fall in any of these circumstances:

An employee may put an end to the relationship without serving any notice on the employer for any of the following just causes:
