Finally me and my wife have bought a property in a subdivision. I am planning on putting up a fence around my house. Since its close to the gate so its a effective way of getting rid of noise and curious kids since i am foreigner. Is there any laws that says the subdivision developers or owners or what you call them can refuse me to put it up in my own property?

If not is there any laws i can refer to if they try to refuse me anyways since it might look ugly in their eyes? God knows what they are thinking of this matter yet but i will be prepared either how. So i know the facts before buying cement and such.

The civil code of the philippines so provides that the property owner has the right to put a fence on his/her property provided, in so doing, it will not injure the rights of another.
