** do we still to file any legal action to get married even his husband is deceased?
** how can we get married and what is the process?
** can we get married right away or do we still need to wait?

** hope that you can answer my questions...

I am no Attorney but I would personally think that if her husband is deceased (and she can get a genuine copy of his Death Certificate) then that would make her a widow, and also personally I think that would make her "single and legally free" to marry again

I would think the Death Certificate will be same as "singleness papers"

Hope I am not misleading you

Maybe also better to wait for an Atty to reply but that's what I think

Article 84. No marriage license shall be issued to a widow till after three hundred days following the death of her husband, unless in the meantime she has given birth to a child. (n)
