I just want to get an advice kung meron po akong laban sa current situation ko.

The effectivity of my resignation is March 1, 2014. What happened was, nagresign po ako due to illness. I have polyarthritis at hindi pa alam kung ano ang cause ng arthritis ko and I'm having a hard time going to and from work because of it.

Anyway since hirap ako sa pagtravel to and from work, I decided na magresign sa previous company ko. More than 2 years ang tenure ko sa company na 'to, at ang kumausap sakin nung panahong nagresign ako is yung HR Manager at yung Assistant Manager ng company namin. So I told them na kahit sa kalagayan ko, willing pa din ako magrender ng kahit 15 days resignation before I leave the company, kaso they suggested, most especially the HR Manager to make my resignation from 15 days to immediate. So I agreed, at inexplain sakin na ang consequence nga is babawiin nila "daw" yung mga paid leaves(VL and SL) ko from Jan and Feb. So I still agreed with them kasi yun lang naman ang babawiin nila from me. I thought ok na yung usapan namin kasi pinirmahan na nila yung resignation letter ko, at nakapagclearance pa nga ako, saka inisip ko na lang na kaya sila pumayag at nagsuggest na mag-immediate resignation na lang ako is because may mga ibang employees sa company namin na naka-floating status(kasi may isang account/line of business ang nagsara) so I thought kailangan nila magbawas ng tao to give way sa mga naka-floating status.

Last friday, May 16, 2014, nagpunta ako sa previous company ko to ask if may backpay ako(kasi more than 60 days na din ang nakalipas) only to find out na ako pa ang may balance sa kanila na more than seventeen thousand pesos, and I was told that its because I did not render 30 days. So ang sabi ko, ang reason ko kung bakit ako nagresign during that time is yung arthritis ko nga, at walang sinabi sakin yung HR Manager and Assistant Manager namin regarding this, if I knew na may ganon, titiisin ko mag30 days at inexplain ko na sila pa ang nagencourage na mag-immediate resignation na lang ako because of my condition.

I need your honest opinion regarding this matter and I hope na makakuha ako sa inyo ng credible legal advice.
