Adultery/concubinage are not easy to prove unless caught in the act mating! Your BF equally took an offence of concubinage which you are aware of, so don't exclude yourself in the case! And NO adultery/concubinage are not grounds for an annulment I'm afraid!

As I said infidelity is not a ground for annulment! If she already have a partner and her husband, you might as well "let sleeping dog lie!" Don't stir problem to their marriage so you'll find your partner facing bigamy if you insist for him to marry you! Also annulment takes years and cost a lot! And strong grounds has to be proven, before it can get approved.

It always depend on the ground that will be use. the most common ground being used is psychological incapacity.

Adultery/infidelity is not a ground for annulment.
