Arresto Menor
Hi There,

My cousin was accused of theft when he went inside the home of one of our neighbors. The complainant claimed initially that there were two phones stolen with cash summing up to 10k all in all. We had the first hearing today and she is claiming 10k cash plus two phones (nokia and alcatel).

My cousin presented himself and admitted what he did as he was under the influence of drugs and apologized. However, he then denied getting 10k cash as what he had was just 149.00 pesos. Two two phones he got were damaged and he can't even sell those as it is not working. Pictures below :

My cousin said that he only got those two and he doesn't know where is the alcatel phone they are also accusing him that he stole.

They are declining settlement at the barangay and so are we. I just want to know now if they don't want to settle and a case will be filed is there anything else we can do to lower down the amount as we are doubting the amount they are declaring? When will my cousin get arrested and how much would be the possible bail?
