need help, i was with sykes (call center) for 2 years and 5 months, last jan. 2013 i signed up to sss website so that i can view my contributions. I found out that i was missing 18 months of my payment. i started working in december 2014 but what was showing online was sykes started to pay my sss in july 2011. I went to sykes and they told that it was posted into a diff sss number. I went to sss makati branch and talked to henry bonete. what he did was to contact sykes manager and he advised her to send proper documentation r3 ung sabi nya and then asked to send a request to consolidate my contributions sa correct sss number ko.its been 5 months since sykes was advised but until now wala pang update.so i tried calling them pero hindi ako sinasagot nung manager, nagemail na din ako wala pa din.nung pumunta ako sa main office ng sykes sabi ung department na hinahanap ko nasa ibang site, pumunta ako dun para personal na kausapin ung manager pero ang laging sinasabi wala daw. tapos pumunta ako sa sss kinausap ko ulit si mr bonete sabi try nyang ifollow up. pero nung ngemail ako sa kanya after1 month, gusto nya ulit malaman ung concern ko.
