There will be a re-organization and "leveling" thru this series of Examination.
My peers are asking too much questions. I said i dont know if its legal wise... im a sucker in company legalities or any labor code related questions..
Don't get me wrong, we are looking for the worst case scenario here, what if we failed in the series of examination (but still have delivered projects and deadlines on time). Do they have the right to demote (title wise.. eg. say back 1 rank?) Do they have to adjust my compensation and benefits??
