1 NEW CONTRACT on Fri Jun 20, 2014 10:24 am


Arresto Menor
This month our company released a new contract and they let us signed the contract using the date on our ORIGINAL/PREVIOUS CONTRACT. We wanted to ask them why, but we couldn't because it's like we were forced to sign the contract on that day.

There is a rule stated there that if our re-enrollment status for 3 consecutive months is low or less than the said target, the company could terminate us.

Now my friend has been warned and informed that she might be terminated soon because she didn't reach the target for 2 consecutive months.

I just want to know if the new contract is already effective this month even if we have just signed it 2 weeks ago. What can my friend do so she will not be terminated?
