Ask q lng po sana kng me pag asa po na mbgyan ng retro s current company namen. I an working with my company since june 2012 as a nonvoice agent,morning po un at mbaba lng tlga ang rate w/c is okay lng naman skn nung time na un. But aftr 6mos ngkron ng bglaang decision na ilipat kme sa panggbi dhl nid dw ng other account ng addl agents so 1 aq sa 10 nlipat,sv naman nla smen nonvoice dn.jan 2013 ngstart kme s nytshft pero aftr 1mo pnagtraining kme ng LVA(language,voice and accent) for 5days kc need ndw namen mgcalls.the same rate lng po kme nun at nyt diff lng ang bnbyaran smen na sa tingin namen ay tlgang unfair dhl sa company namen iba ang rate ng nonvoice at voice acct.niraise q n2 s hr n2 lng jan 2014 pero wla dng clarification at pnakausap lng skn ung mngr ng acct namen.ang sv nya skn,ngpropose naman dw cla na ipantay ung sahod namen s mga ngccalls dhl maliit lng tlga ung rate s umaga.ngpropose dw cla sa mga boz nla na located s us at chennai dhl cla dw ung magdesisyon para smen.tnurndown naman dw ung proposal nla dhl nga dw mgkakaron na ng bgong payplan sa august 2014,nkausap q po ung mngr namen n un neto lng march 2014,hnd nya msgot kng mkakakuha kme ng retro dhl 1 1/2 years n kmeng nagccalls wd the same bsic pay,from 10, 5 nlng kmeng ntira dhl ngresign n ung iba. Ngyn po magaaugust na at pnakita smen ung bgong payplan at wla namang nadagdag s shod magkakron lng ng changes s incentives na kng dti monthly ngyn gagawin nlng quarterly. Ngyn po nagbabalak ndn aqng lumipat dhl nga sa salary pero gsto q sna tong maasikaso hbng dun pq nagwowork at sna may mkuha aqng retro. Tingin nyo po ba pde qng iraise pa ulet to or need ko n tlgang mgfile ng case,gsto ko pong mlaman kng mlaki po ung chance na may mkuha pa kmeng retro.please i need your immediate legal advice.thanks in advance po.

ok po...:)ulitin ko na lng po

tanong ko lang po sana kung may pag-asa po na mabigyan ng retro s current company namen. I am working with my company since june 2012 as a non-voice agent,morning shift po yun at mababa lang talaga ang rate w/c is okay lang naman sa akin nung time na un. But after 6 mos nagkaron ng biglaang decision na ilipat kame sa pang gabi dahil kelangan daw ng other account ng additional agents,so isa po ako sa 10 nalipat sa pang gabi,sabi naman nala samen nonvoice din po ung magiging work po namin dun. January 2013 nagstart kame sa night shift pero after a month pinag training din nila kame ng LVA training (Language,Voice and Accent) for 5 days kasi need na din daw namen mgcalls. The same rate lng po kame nun at night diff lang ang dinagdag sa sahod namin na sa tingin ko ay talagang unfair dahil sa company po namen iba ang rate ng nonvoice at voice account. Nag raise na din po ako ng case sa HR about this matter pero late na mga January 2014 ko lang po yun sineryoso, pinansin naman po ako ng HR pero wla dng clarification at pinakausap lang po sa akin ung manager ng current account namen. at ang paliwanag niya sa akin,ng propose naman dw cla na ipantay ung sahod namen s mga ngccalls dhl maliit lng tlga ung rate s umaga dahil hindi nman po kmi voice account ang inapplyan namin dun at first, nilipat lang kami. Nagpropose dw cla sa mga bosses nila na located s US at Chennai dahil sila daw po yung makakapagdesisyon para sa amin about sa salary, taga propose lang daw po sila and they already turn down the said proposal naman dw dahil nga daw magkakaron na ng bagong payplan this coming August 2014,nakausap ko po ung manager namen nun neto lng po Feb/March 2014, pero hindi niya din po ako masagot kung makakakuha kame ng retro dahil 1 1/2 years n po kameng nagccalls and still the same basic pay pdin na pang non voice ang rate, from 10, 5 na lang kameng natira dahil nagresign na po yung iba. Ngayn po mag a august na at pinakita nila sa amin yung bagong payplan na nabanggit ng manager sakin nung nagmeeting kami pero wala namang nadagdag s sahod ko pati nila, magkakaron lang ng changes sa incentives na kung dati monthly ngayon gagawin nilang quarterly. Ngayn po nagbabalak na din akong lumipat dahil nga sa salary issue pero gusto ko sana itong maasikaso habang dun pa po ako nagwowork at sana may makuha kami na retropay. Tingin nyo po ba pwede kong iraise pa ulet to sa kanila or need ko n talagang mag file ng case,gusto ko pong malaman kung malaki po ung chance na may makuha pa kameng retro. please i need your immediate legal advice.thanks in advance po.
