Hi Sir, good afternoon po ask ko lang po kung pwede po di tanggapin ng HRD ang resignation ng employee na ang reason nila e nakasama ako sa case ng isang officemate namin na napatunyan na nag nakaw sa company at meron syan letter na inamin nya ang kasalanan nya this was last 2012 pa tapos lahat kami sa branch imbestigahan, pero ung employee n un nkaalis n s brnch at ang balita ko may work n s ibng compny dn . Ngayon nakapag decide n ako n nag resgn dhl 2 beses n ako nmiscarriage gawa ng stress at di magandang ugali ng boss na namamahiya at naninigaw kahit n my client.Ayaw nya ako payagan dhil hinrang dw ng hrd. After nung pinsa ko resgntion ko last june 25 sabi nya wag n dw akong mag render tutal kaya naman na dw po so ask ko c hrd kug possble b n mag effective immediately sb nya okey nmm dw mttgln lng ang clearnce by the way 5years n po ako s compny na un..nag bigay din po ako ng medical certificate n advice ng doctor na magphinga ako. Yesterday po inform ako ng offcmte ko na bka dw po ma awol ako dhl d dw po approve ng manager ang sick leave ko.. posible po ba n di ako makapag resign gawa ng kaso ng offcmte ko at ndmy kmi? Saka kahit po b nagpsa n ako ng medcl certfcte ma awol p rin ako kahit n nag file n ako ng sick leave? Saka mkkapekto po b s clearance ko ang awol?
