confused Hi good day tanong ko lang po kung legally and ethical po ung ginawa sakin ng previous employer ko confused 

eto po ung summary ng case ko

nag file po ako ng resignation last january, nagpasa po ako ng notice about my resignation, kinausap po ako ng suppervisor ko about my resignation, then nakiusap po sya na kung pwede ako mag render ng 2 and a half months para makahanap ng kapalit ko na pinag bigyan ko naman po, then after ng effectivity ng resignation ko the following day nilakad ko po ung clearance ko and other stuffs na dapat ko i settle then lumipas po ung 2 moths wala po akong balita dun sa status ng clearance ko, nag follow up po ako kung bakit po nakahold ung clearance ko then sinabi po sakin ng suppervisor ko na may nawawala daw na documents na pinasa ko na man po, ang nakakapag taka po nawala daw po ung documents na un ng november 2013 pero hindi po ako nainform na may nawawalang documents kahit nung hindi pa ako nakakaalis ng company nalaman ko lang po na may nawawala 2 months after ng resignation ko at nung nag follow up ako ngaun po nakahold ung BIR form 2316 ko, COE and Final pay ko for 3 months and the frustrating part is na cancel po ung contract ko abroad since di ko nakumpleto ung mga documents ko anu po pwede kong gawin thanks.

nakipag usap po ako ng maayos sa hr and pinapunta po ako for a meeting regarding my case kaso po sila lang po ang nag meeting halos di po ako nabigyan ng pagkakataon mag salita dun sa forum na ginawa nila at ang gusto po nila mangyari i claim ko ung fault dun sa pagkawala ng documets na pinasa ko sa supervisor ko and sabi po sakin di rin po sigurado kung kaylan ako ma clear

good day!

i would like to ask concerning the notice of resignation. previously we adopted and we stipulated our company policy that notice of resignation shall be 30 days as provided the law. lately, our board of directors passed a resolution amending the notice of resignation from 30 days into one (1) year for the supervisors and department heads while rank and file will be on six (6) months period prior the desired date to resign. with this, does the employee/s contest on this matter?please send us your ideas for our enlightenment.
