I am a regular employee for 8 yrs now on my current company.
And recently I was managed out of our department.
Initially I was told that I will be given a written warning or will be Performance Manage
but was not pushed thru
and was told that since I didn't do a terrible
job and was just told that based on a 360 defree decision
I am not fit for the role/post. I will just be facilitated to other role which I still need to
apply.
I want to seek advice if what theyre doing is right because I also want to go to DOLE.
I was not given any written warnings before.
Will this be under constructive dismmisal or retrenchment?
I am also worried that if they already hire a new person for the role and I still was not able
pass or get a new job internally what will happen to me?
Its just causing embarrassment on my end that I will experience this on my 8th year.

Please advise. Thanks

love to know more the details. but my initial impression is that you are constructively dismissed. where does this company located?
