I am confused. Hope you can enlighten me. Sa work po kasi namin, we are paid in monthly basis, so 30 days factors gamit namin. Pero pumapasok kami mon to fri lang so 22 days lang talaga ang actual. Ngaun nagbago kami ng management and this new management insist that the MWE are above minimum since they are computed in 30 days factor. The present salary of MWE in our company is 456x30. No adjustment given kasi above minimum nga daw.

Now heres my Question:
Pwede bang baguhin ng new management from 30 days to 22 days ang salary computation? Kahit na precedent na 30days na yung computation?

Pano po talaga ang tamang computation? Sa company kc namin iba ang kanilang computaion. Sa OT Rate, 1.4 instead of 1.3 gamit namin if weekends tapos 1.6 instead of 1.5 nman sa weekends. We have this computations since ala din kaming night differential.

Sa factor na gamit, pinapili daw kasi sila before kung 30 days computation o increase. Yun yung history, kaya lang gusto baguhin ng bagong management ngaun. Question
