Advice for New to Sole Propreitorship Business

Pero the structure of the business is Sole Proprietorship. Nagkaroon po kami ng unang renter which is 7-eleven.

My brother and his wife are very active distributor ng 4Life and they suggested na isama na lang sa payroll ng 4Life ang enterprise namin.

I don't feel good kasi why should our new established company ay kailangan pang maki ride on sa payroll ng 4Life wherein pwede naman mag open ng bank account under the name of the enterprise? My purpose is for the documentation ng bagong kumpanya na clear and in order.

But I don't like it that way.

My question is gano ba katagal magprocess ng account? What I know 1 week lang at kung sa maintaining balance, magkano lang ba ang 5000 sa matatanggap naming rental fee ng 7 eleven.

What is the best approach in here po ba?

God bless pol

If you are bothered by your present status, just put your agreement in writing and let your siblings sign the document.

Thank you po for your quick reply, Sir. I would talk to my siblings on Sunday regarding this matter. And I thank God that he provided many advisers and you're one of them.

May God bless your endeavor and looking forward to learn more on this site.
