I just want to ask, one of our employee went on AWOL and she didn't turnover. Our cut-off is from 1-15 and 16-30. She went AWOL on the 10th of the month. We didn't bother to send her a Return to Work Notice instead we hired a new employee to take her place. After one month, she went into the office to have her clearance. Can we clear her if she didn't do her turn-over? Do we need to give her last salary if she isn't cleared?
