As the secretary of the employer, mareretain po ang work ko.
Thank you po ulit!

1. sweldo
2. separation benefit (1/2 month sweldo for every year ng trabaho)
3. pro-rated 13th month pay
4. tax refund (adjustment)

Thank you Council!

Separation benefit - only if there is a company benefit, or if tatanggalin ang tao dahil nalulugi o sobra ang tao.

13th month - required, pro-rated, basta naka isang buwan.

for clarification po, regarding separation benefit,  another thread says   "1 month x the number of years served"

Assuming a company that is about to close, which computation applies?
