hi atty.


ask ko lng po if pwede ko mg file ng immediate resignation kc po hindi n mganda ang relationships within the employee ngkakasiraan npo imbes n mgtulungan.. then sinabi p po ng manager nmin sa immediate head ko n mgreresign n daw po ako khit wala p po ako sibasabi sa immediate head ko... dhil po dun gusto ko n tuloy mgfile ng immediate resignation....

another question ko po
wala po kame contrata n pinirmahan pero 14 years npo sa company if ever po b n mgfile ng retirement my mkukuha po b sa company n wala pong signed contract khit considered nmn po n regular employee?

kahit may signed contract ka.. at nag resign ka.. unless may CBA or company policy.. wala kang makukuha.. kahit 20 years pa service mo at hindi pa retireable ang age mo..

if an employee renders his resignation and is under the transition period (the 30 days), what happens if he got sick in a week and he of course did not go to work? Should the 30 days period be adjusted to how long he was absent? Thank you.
