Hi, after filing my resignation, can I legally take a leave? What are the legal consequences if I do so? Also, I wrote in my resignation letter that my effective date is 2 months from now, can I leave the company even if only 1 month has passed since my resignation? Thank you.

1. you can take a leave - if the company approves it.
2. you may be in breach of the agreement if you leave before the agreed date without the company's approval.

What if the leave is sudden that I wasn't able to give advance notice like a sick leave or emergency leave? And what can be the consequences? Is one of the consequences the non-release of my certificate? Thanks for your reply.
