Binigyan ng decision.
In all, due process was observed.
And in situations like this, there may be no need for a verbal or written warning due to the nature of the offense (Call Avoidance).
Check your handbook regarding penalties for these offenses.
In a previous company I worked for, it was clear that such offenses warranted immediate discontinuance of employment after observing due process.

Ni wala man lang sila evidence na nilabas aside dun sa microsoft excel file lang.
What i am asking is a strong evidence na talagang may ginawa akong mali pero wala sila maipakita,,but instead they insisted for termination.
What im trying to say is,,are theyt allowed to terminate such an employee without having a concrete evidence and data at all?

Not to mention na di pa in place yung mga metrics na meron kame sa floor ngayon nung time na naguumpisa palang kame. What i am just asking is a concrete evidence from the workforce na hanggang ngayin eh di nila maibigay bigay kc nga wala naman siguro.

nasa ibang company na po ako ngayon...yes mejo matagal nga po yung agwat pero sila naman po may kasalanan kasi during that span of time mula nung tinerminate ako until now eh sabi nila ibibigay nila yung copy nung screen shot saken (initially sabi nila saken ibibigay bago i-serve ung decision) pero nung finallow up ko ulit nung isang gabi sabi wala parin daw
