tanong lang po.. meron po kaming gustong bilhin ba bahay na gsis housing.. kausap mo namin e yung pangalawang may-ari na na bumili ng bahay nung awardee... ang mga dokumento pong hawak nila e yung resibo ng full payment at deed of conditional sale ng gsis dun sa awardee... ang tanong ko po kung sakaling issuehan po ako ng special power of attornet nung original owner.. malalagay ko po ba sa pangalan ko yung titulo na hindi pa po nakukuha sa gsis? balak ko po kasing ipasok sa pag-ibig loan na ang rquirement po e malipat sa loaner ang titulo na binibiling property... salamat po

you should read the original conditional deed of sale and see what it states about transfer. you should also inquire at the gsis before entering into any agreement. they have to agree to transfer the rights to you.
