Meron po akong kawork, nagtatrabaho as web designer sa company bilang probationary employee, after 5 months hindi na po sya pinapirma ng kontrata dahil ayaw na daw sa kanya ng mga boss, ang problema po ay wala na daw syang makukuha pati 13 month pay. Meron pong lawyer ang company at ganun po ang sinasabi, may basehan po ba para hindi isali sa last pay ang 13 month pay ng isang employee na hindi na pinamirma ng new contract? Natatakot lang po kami kasi halus mga fresh grad students ang employees ng company at baka ganun po ang gawin ng mga boss sa mga nagtatrabaho doon

basta nakapag-trabaho ng at least 1 month, entitled ang employee ng at least pro-rated 13th month pay.
