1 TERMINATION DUE TO ABSENCES AND LATES on Tue Aug 19, 2014 10:47 pm

Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I am a regular employee in our company for more than 4 years, for the past few months madalas po ako nakakapag absent and most of the time late ako makapasok,.. Due to health reason, I presented and submitted all the necessary medical documents to our HR para po sa mga time na absent ako, then sa late naman po, I informed them the supervisors on duties, mostly di po talaga enough budget ko kaya I walk/ed from our home to our office, and lately dahil galing nga po ako sa sakit kaya talagang kahit masama po pakiramdam ko pumapasok pa din ako late nga lang po minutes  and minsan an hour.., ngayon po pinapirma ako ng HR Manager namin na operation manager as well ng Termination memo...then asking me to submit a written explanation kung bakit patuloy pa rin akong umabsent same reason health and then lates.  pag di ko nasubmit within 48 hours completely TERMINATED ako... may habol po ba ako sakanila? panay butas po policy namin example dapat 6 hours mag inform kung aabsent, pano po kung sinumpong ng ulcer o trinangkaso ng madaling araw? dapat advance din po ba na malaman na magkakasakit..., besides online casino ang business ng boss namin pero bpo ang naka declare sa SEC.

NEED advise po pinapapirma na nila ako ..
