Arresto Menor
Our restobar was forcefully locked by lessor using welding machine merely because we missed paying the advance rental to cover the coming month. It was just 3 days after the due date. We have 2 months security deposit intact. Now, a new tenant is occupying and operating a restobar using all of our properties. They also are using the MERALCO service which contract is under our company's name. What criminal case can we possibly file against the lessor and the new tenant? This is on top of the FORCIBLE ENTRY WITH CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES that we are planning to file. We also have ILLEGAL DETENTION and GRAVE COERCION ready to be filed by our employees. Thank you so much...
