What are the rights of a an employee under Temporary Employment Status?

Good day! I am a temporary employee for 7 months now as a company driver. I was evaluated on my 5th month (July 2014) and was given a 3 month extension due to immaturity which was because the HR Manager saw me skateboarding during the company sportsfest. I did not argue with them and signed the extension because I wanted the job. I will be reviewed again on Oct 7 2014.Do i have any right to demand regularization on my 8th month with the company? If I don't get regularized on my 8th month, can I file a complaint with DOLE? Thank you for your answers.

regular appointemt must not be hampered by such or any violation committed by the employee. Violation is another issue to dealth with. once the employee reached 6months and 1 day she/he is already regular. however, you can call the dole for clarification/verification.

This is what I know as well. However, as I read my contract, it says that I was on TEMPORARY employment for 5 months unless extended or absorbed for permanent employment. Would the TEMPORARY STATUS mean that they can fire employees regardless of tenure?

Helow i am a seasonal employment..3 months lang ang contract end po sa dec 20..capable po ba ako mkrcieve ng 13 month pay or double pay sa regular holidays? thanks
