1 EX-PARTE MOTION DENIED on Thu Sep 18, 2014 3:27 pm

Arresto Menor
Hi Sir/Ma'am,

I'd like to inquiry about this letter I received today, it goes as follows:

Plaintiff vs Defendant

In the course of Inventory, the Court noticed the pending Ex-parte Motion to Set Case for Pre-trial filed on February 16, 2012. Considering, however, that no Answer was filed despite plaintiff's manifestation that there was an Answer, the Ex-parte Motion to Set Case for Pre-trial is hereby DENIED.

MAKATI CITY, July 7, 2014

Should I be worried about this or should there be any steps I must do to reply? This is regarding a letter received before from the court and the defendant did send a reply when he received a previous letter. However, when he sent a reply, there was no more news or any other reply from the court until now. Is this bad news?

Thank you for taking time to answer our queries! God bless!

Ms. Yamagata
