Hi Atty.It is nice to have a site like this to provide free legal assistance. Here is my story, i was appointed as Acting Branch OIC and sabi ng Boss ko na as OIC i am liable sa branch. The case is this, yung admin namin before he handles all the accounting side, deposits, sales reports etc. During his time nagpa-c/a sya sa mga tao dahil minsan tlaga dumarating sa point ng mga empleyado na walang wala silang pera, kaya napapagamit yung mga for collection at nadedelay yung mga resibo na dapat maidedeposit agad pero hindi nga nangyayari dahil napapahiram, dahil na rin sa kalambutan ng puso ko hinayaan ko na ganun ang gawin, hindi ako lagi sa branch dahil minsanan lang ako pumunta dun at yung daily activity ng mga tao hindi ko namomonitor. hanggang sa umalis yung admin nmin at may bagong dumating ganun yung nangyari, may mga naiwang for deposit sa kanya dahil yung iba nasa tao ang pera, ngyon ako po ang tinuturo nila na kinukuha ko daw po yung mga resibo na everytime daw na pupunta ako ng branch may binibigay daw sila sa akin na resibo at sinasabi nila na ako daw ang magreremit nun. ano po ba ang pede kong ikaso sa Company ngyong pinagbibintangan ako at nararamdaman ko na iteterminate ako dahil dun. Ano po ba ang pede kong gawin? Magreresign na lang po ba ako or will i wait to be terminated? Please help.

either. you can opt to resign so that your records will not reflect termination or you can also let them terminate you and file for illegal dismissal if there is no ground for your termination
