1 is DONEE required in the DEED OF DONATION? on Thu Sep 25, 2014 3:04 pm

Arresto Menor
I live in the Philippines and my cousins lives in the USA they have not visited the Philippines for 30 years and have no plans of visiting. on my last email they stated that they will be donating their land to US and is asking us to create a form that they can bring to the Philippine embassy to sign. I was looking at the deed of donation but it requires a DONEE. My question is; can i make a deed of donation without a donee? so they can go to the embassy and have it notarized. Thanks

the acceptance of a donee is required for a donation to be valid. so hindi po pwede na walang donee ang deed of donation.
