ayaw kaming bayadan ng separation pay. pls help

Hi po pls help gusto ko lang po mah seek ng advise about sa current employer ko. They issued yung contract may mag end ung contract ni client and my company effective today. Base on the contract that they issued iniinvite kami ng aming client na lumipat sa kanila since mag se set up sila ng philippine office under their own name.
So nagdaan na ang araw hindi natuloy ang paglipat kasi walang philippine office na nag go through for our client. In short wala naging floating kaming lahat.

Now ang tanong ko lang po is since floating kami now ano ang magandang action ang gawin ng employer sa amin? Dapat ba kaming bayadan ng separation pay ng employet kahit hindi daw sila nag declare ng retrenchment or reduncy?
Tama bang sabihin sa amin ng employer namin na maghanap na kami ng ibang mapapasukan at legal bang mag advise ang employer na mag hanap na kami ng ibang company since employed pa din kami sa kanila at may chance pa silang hanapan kami ng panibagong contrata..

ilang months na kayong floating? pag hindi kayo nailipat sa ibang account within 6 months.. they should retrenched you and you are entitled for 1/2 month salary for every year of service..
