Dear Atty.

My Father's mother (My Grandmother) is the owner of a residential compound.
My father has 6 siblings from her mother (no illigitimates)
My Father and my Grandmother already passed away.
No Will nor the Titles have been fixed (Still under the name of my grandmother)
Does my Mother have right when the siblings divide the residential compound?
Up to how much is here right if there is?

Thank you in advance!

yes...your family will get the rightful portion of your father. i would suggest that your family discuss the transfer of the property and pay estate taxes necessary to avoid problem with Kim Henares. talk to a lawyer asap...
