Arresto Menor
It's regards sa house & lot na kinuha ko then cancelled na daw po at forfeited na ung perang hinulog ko. I started my installment for my house last April 2011. The first house and lot that I bought cost 3Million something and my monthly installment is P41,838.00 per month I paid for this amount for almost a year then I decided to down grade my house and lot that cost 1.7million. Then yung monthly installment ko po naging P10, 658 then nag stop po yung hulog ko last October 2012. Dahil nag kasabay sabay na din po yung problema ko po dito sa Singapore. Kaya na pabayan ko po yung hinuhulugan kong house & lot sa pinas. Then nung last year November 2013 nag email po sila sakin na cancelled na daw po yung hse & lot na kinuha ko. Yung total amount po na nabayad ko na ay nasa P559,450.96 so kung tutuusin po natapos ko na po ung down payment ko at nasa monthly amortization na po ako. Atty ask ko po sana kung pwede po iapply sa case ko yung maceda law since na IN-HOUSE financing po ako. I heard po kasi na need dw po makapg hulog ng 24 months para may makuha akong 50% sa hinulog ko. Pero counted po kaya yun kasi ung total amount naman po na nahulog kona ay more than naman po sa 24months policy kung tutuusin. And one question pa po more than a year po akong nag stop mag hulog pero nung last year November 2013 lang po nila kinancel yung contract ko. I thought kung yung buyer na delayed ng hulog for 3 months they have the right na i cancel yung contract ko anytime. Lumabas po kasi na nag kapatong patong na daw po ung interest dahil nga po more than a year ko na daw di na hulugan kya nag negative na daw po ung hulog ko at wala na daw po akong ma irerefund. Ni hindi man lng po ako nun na inform na gawa na yung bahay at ni hindi ko man lng din po nakita actually at ni wala din po silang follow up sakin pra sa payment ko. Attorney sana po matulungan nyo po ako wala po kc akong alam sa rights ko as a real state buyer.

Do you think po ba may laban po kaya ako?

Kindly let me know po kung may habol ako na marefund ung khit half po ng binayad ko.
