Hi Guys!

My previous boss filed a case before me because of holding the Company's USB prior to the settlement I demanded from the company because of illegal termination. I t was last October 13, 2014 when I was advised to go to the company's office to get my first partial payment from the company of my wages that was not paid yet. On the same date I had returned the USB and was received by the HR Head. On this day, Oct. 15, 2014 we had our second hearing and still pursued the case against me. He had submitted his reply to my counter affidavit.

What's the best thing that I can do with regards to this, coz I am confident that I am not the one lying or making stories here.

I was a victim of bad employers.

Pls. help me on this matter. What shall I provide with the reply he had submitted.
