im a bpo agent , ive been with the company for almost 6 mos, an until now i dont have a contract from them... only a job offer // i was sick last month and i was given an loa.. thanks to my tl // but prior to taht we were adv that upon hiring once we got certified we will be able to have our hmo ,, unfortunately whatb they did is they had created a new set of rules or certification rules ,, we are obliged to sign it or else we'll be loosing our job .. what can we get? i really felt taht we are abused by the company without getting the right benefit taht were supposed to have// pls respond po

no written contract is necessary, the letter offer can already serve that purpose. if it states there that health coverage is included then that should be your right to have.
