Im working at call center graveyard shift po. Ngaun hinahanapan po ako ng medical certificate kasi un Leave of Absence ko for Maternity hindi daw po inapprove? if you have, then it becomes just a mere issue when you should actually go on leave. While you may have goofed by going on leave without proper authorization, it should not be a basis for termination.

i think you can correct this by going to a doctor and describe what you went through and ask her to issue a medical certificate
