Good Morning, Gusto ko lang po sana magtanong kung anong karapatan ko bilang empleyado.

Ang proseso po kasi sa company namen ay 5-6 months project based. kapag naabsorb ka, magiging probationary for 1-3 months pagkatapos po ng probationary phase na aabot ka na ng mahigit 6-9 months sa company tska ka na nila ireregular.

Nagsimula ako noong January 20 2014 as Project Based, 5 months contract. iextend ang contract ko as Project based ng 2 buwan. Naabsorb ako as probationary noong August.
Ngaung November ika - 11 month ko sa company at pinapirma ako ng aking manager ng end of contract at hindi daw ako mareregular dahil meron akong isang absent. pero nung nakita ko yung stats ko nung probationary period pasado po lahat. Ang sabi ng aking Manager na ayaw ako iregular ng aming Operations Manager dahil sa ilang escalation feedback ko (which is ang sabi ng manager ko na ppwede naman bigyan ng considerasyon dahil kakalipat ko lng sa account nung august, discretion na lang ng Operations Manager kung ireregular talaga ako)

Nais ko lang po malaman kung anong ppwedeng maging action dito since mahigit 11 months dito sa company. My contract ang company about sa Project Based and probationary pero nais ko lang po malaman kung legal ba ang ganitong process ng isang company.
