Arresto Menor
hi everyone! good day!
Please i need your advice on my situation right now.
Before that here is the story, noong mag-bf/gf pa lang kami aminado ako na nagkaroon ako ng ibang karelasyon (in short nag-two timer ako) na may nangyari samin at my nangyari din samin ng current bf ko that time. My questions are:

4. Possible ba na makulong ako?
5. After kong sabihin sknya lahat hindi ko na kayang makisama pa sakanya or else it will be a mess between us. Can I ask for what find of separation?
6.Is there anyone who can help me personally or someone you can recommend for legal matters.

Please need your advice and recommendation as wel..

thanks a lot....

Reclusion Perpetua
Greece:

Truth hurts. Conscience bothers, even belatedly. Art. 45 and 46 of the Family Code, applicable to your case. The child is not the child of your husband, right??? It was sired by your former lover, right. So, at the time of the marriage you CONCEALED this fact to your present husband, right???

The law says: CONCEALMENT BY THE WIFE OF THE FACT THAT AT THE TIME OF THE MARRIAGE, SHE WAS PREGNANT BY A MAN OTHER THAN HER HUSBAND - - - this, is FRAUD. Your marriage is voidable. Valid until annulled -- who can ask for annulment ??? Your husband within five (5) years AFTER the discovery of the fraud.

Now, you stated that upon returning to the Philippines like McArthur (joke) you intend to confess, take the risk --- conscience stricken or the possibility your husband seeking annulment - but, who knows, God forgives (but your husband is not God).

Now, should you tell your husband about this fact, once you landed in the Philippines, and despite you telling him the bitter and inconvenient truth, he still freely, voluntarily and consciously COHABITED with you (meaning to say, parang walang nangyaring maitim sa iyong pinagdaanan) at ikaw ay kanya pa ring tinanggap, walang labis, walang kulang -- the defect in the marriage is CURED.

Of course, his parents maybe raising hell (speculation only, you know better your in laws, than I do) but expect the worse. Kasi niloko mo sila eh (pardon the jargon) but human nature tells.

As, I said your husband could seek annullment of your marriage.

Annulment, is non-criminal. Its only a civil case.

Now, if you cant stand the heat in the kitchen, get out (but, give peace a chance, not if you find somebody again in foreign shores).

Hope I was able to answer your concern.
