Itatanong ko lang kung ang isang bagay kagaya ng relo na niregalo sa akin ng aking ama at ginagamit ko na ng mahigit 20 yrs ay kung may karapatan ba ang aking ina na kunin at ibigay iyon sa aking kapatid sa dahilan na wala namang will ang aming ama na sa akin nga pinagkaloob ang relo?
Sinasabi kasi ng kapatid ko na nasa aming ina ang karapatan kung kanino nya gustong ipagkaloob ang relo sa dahilang namatay na ang may ari nito na aking ama. Ngunit bago pa man namatay ay ito ay ibinibigay na nya sa akin at sa katunayan ay ginagamit ko na ito ng mahigit 20 taon na.

your father can validly give you a gift, as long as it does not deprive the other heirs of their inheritance. you can do an accounting of your father's properties at the time of his death and prove this.
