My grandparents bought a property a long time ago, however, after so many years after the fact, the title is still named after the original owner but my grandparents have a Deed of Absolute Sale and the title. Now my grandparents wants to have the title named after me (their granddaughter, obviously). Can I create a deed of sale then let my grandparents signed it then have it notarized at the Public Attorney's Office or do i have to go to the office first for the creation of the deed of sale then have my grandparents signed it? And,what do i have to do after that so that the title will be created under my name?
i would appreciate any help you can give me. Thank you and Happy Holidays!
