Good day..
i have a friend who was a teacher in Singapore. She went back to the Philippines without informing her employer and never come back to work.
Her employer issued a letter informing her that she needs to pay $$$ if she will not report for work.If she failed to comply, the employer will do legal action against her.
Ask ko lang po if pwd b ireklamo or idemanda ng employer ung friend ko kht nkabalik n cya ng Philippines?
Thanks po Smile

ponapem

Arresto Menor
civil

from your description of her actions, she is obviously in violation of of Articles 19, 20 and 21 of RA No. 386, otherwise knows as the Civil Code of the Philippines, and therefore the case would be civil.
