hi attorney, ask ko lang sana if ganu katagal ang magiging process ng annulment if magfile ako ng annulmet sa husband ko. nung ikinasal kami is no marriage license, we just known each other for three months nung magpakasal kami. i am a buttered wife and ako yung bumuhay sa asawa ko kaya naisipan ko na mag pa annul. three years na kaming kasal attorney last july 27,pero based sa marriage contract namin, wala kaming marriage license and also,kinasal kami sa quezon city,pero nakalgay sa marriage contract is sa san jose del monte bulacan. also,ask ko po sana mga magkanu aabutin ng annulment pag ganito ang case. thank you attorney.

IMO, annulment is not the proper petition/case to file. You should be filling a petition asking the court to declare your marriage as null and void due to lack of required license.
