Hi Sir / Mam,

Question lang po regarding labor laws in terms of undertime.

Ito ay considered undertime. babayaran pa din sila from 8am to 2pm kahit wala silang nagawang trabaho at all.

in my opinion, if the employee is present and ready to work, he should be paid for the entire day. the recourse is to file a money claim at the dole office.

hndi kayang mag charge ng overhead ng company sa salary ng mga empleyado due to system failure. be thankful dahil atleast kahit pano nabayaran yung particular hours na nag stay kau sa company.
