Good afternoon po.

Godbless!

send a demand letter with a threat that you will file a case of economic violence against him if he fails to comply. you can then file a case at the bargangay where he lives or file directly at the prosecutor's office.

parents are supposed to provide for their child in proportion to their capability to provide support. it is not correct to say it should be equal or to be by the father alone.

it does not cost anything to file a case for RA 9262, but if you will acquire legal counsel, then the cost will depend who you will acquire. he will be made to provide support with what property he has and possible imprisonment of 6 mos to 6 years.
