gud morning sir/ma'am,

hingi lng po ng advice, pwede po b kasuhan ng employer ang kanyang empleyado kung ayaw nya magsign ng contract. Bond contract po kc un for training. Malaki po kc ung amt sa contract and hindi justifiable dun s totoong expenses. actually nakasign n po tlga ako pero parang napressure kme nun when we signed it, kinuha ko ulit ung contract kc gusto ko po ulit i-raise ung concern dun s nakakataas s company. Up to now hindi ko p rin sinosoli ung contract, then nagfile n ko immediate resignation. then nakareceive ako sulat to render 30 days notice. Probi p lng po ako dun 2 months p lng to be exact, hindi po cguro kakain ng 30-days ang turnover ko.

tanong ko lng po pwede po bng maging grounds sa DOLE ung hndi pag render ng 30 days. at ung pagkuha ko ng contract then resigning, anu po b maari mangyari s kin...

failure to render 30 days notice gives rise to a right to the employer to seek damages. it will not be at dole but in the court.

as for the taking of the contract and not returning it, are you sure that they don't have a copy? it will be more difficult for them to prove the existence of the contract but you will be perjuring yourself if you deny its existence under oath.

thanks po for your advice, it much better for to render 30-days. ang ikinakatakot ko lng po is bka may gawin sa akin ung boss ko while i'm at office (bka pagsalitaan ako ng masama or something)

About s contract, sure po ako, na ako lng ang may copy nun. During the time n pinagiisipan ko po isoli ung contract nakareceive po ako ng information n the boss will fire us because they don't want such employees. Mas lalo ko po hindi binigay ung contract, kc sa contract may nakalagay dun na we will pay them if we resign and for termination under labor code just cause. For 2 months working there, 2 employess n po kc ung finafire nila immediately. Natakot po ako bka magimbento lng sila ng ng mga reasons just to fire me....
