Good day everyone, mag-iinquire lang sana ako kung ano dapat ang action na gagawin ko kasi last November 11, 2014 ay nagfile ako ng vacation leave for 4 days mula January 26 to 29 this year, ipinasa ko siya sa former immediate supervisor ko.

Then last January 6, 2015 ay sinabi sa akin ng bago kong supervisor na hindi daw approved ang leave ko. then for further information ay kausapin ko daw ang former supervisor ko.

Kinausap ko si former supervisor at sinabi niya na kaya daw hindi inapprove ay dahil wala daw akong leave credits dahil na-reimburse na lahat ng unused vacation leave namin the last week ng december 2014 and 1.25 credits na lang ang natira ng january.

Sabi ni former supervisor ay i-try ko kausapin yung director namin but he told me that i'll just hear the same thing. Sinubukan ko pa rin syang kausapin since wala namang mawawala, sinabi ko na kaya ako nagfile as early as november ay dahil alam kong merong reimbursement ng december at para at least makagawa ng paraan kung sino man ang magpaprocess. Sinabi niya na process na ng company na magrelease ng reimbursement ng december and as an employee ay wala na kaming magagawa doon, hindi daw nya ako inapprove for the reason na wala akong credit. Pero sumagot ako na last 2013 ay nagfile din ako ng ganoong katagal na leave for the same month which is january 2014 pero inapprove nya kahit wala akong credit, approved as leave without pay. sabi nya ay wala syang naaalala pero mabuti na lang at may screenshot ako nung approval na ipinakita ko sa kanya, na hindi naman daw nya maalala. Nagiging issue din sa office namin ang pagkakasabay ng days ng leave ng mge employees at sinabi ko din kay director na wala namang naka-leave doon sa mga dates na ifinile ko.

Sinabi nya na kung naka-ready na daw ang ticket at accommodation ay hindi naman daw nya ako pinipigilan pumunta pero magiging absent ako, which is yun ang ipinopoint ko.

First, mawawala ang attendance bonus ko, second, may minus ang scorecard ko dahil sa absent ko, third ay hindi ma-aadjust yung goal ko for the month since nasa sales ako at may quota akong hahabulin, fourth ay may hit din ako sa january 29 dahil critical work day yun (the day before, after and same day of sweldo) at may punishment sa office namin kapag absent ng critical work day.

sa monday na ang pag-alis ko and until now hindi ko pa din alam ang gagawin ko, i hope na matulungan niyo po ako.
